BECOME AN ADEO VOLUNTEER TEACHER

As an Adeo teacher, you commit to teaching for one year and receive training on the curriculum. Once a year, Adeo organizes an event where teachers can socialize, meet each other, and share teaching experiences. 

  • Prior to the application, Adeo holds interviews all year round.

  • Applications for the upcoming school year are accepted in March.

  • Background check form from the Archdiocese of New York.

  • Child safety online video training from the Archdiocese of New York.

  • Adeo complies with the Safe Environment Guidelines set by The Archdiocese of New York. Please refer to our Conduct and Safety section.

HOST MY CHILD'S CLASS

As a host, you offer your home to hold an Adeo class. Hosts will also need to comply with the requirements below:

  • Background check form from the Archdiocese of New York.

  • Child safety online video training from the Archdiocese of New York.

  • Adeo complies with the Safe Environment Guidelines set by The Archdiocese of New York. Please refer to our Conduct and Safety section.

  • Two adults must always be present in the home while the class is in session.

  • Class locations are determined in late August/early September, and we will contact you with more information.

BE A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE

As a class representative, you will assist the Adeo office by being the main point of contact between our office and other parents. You will be contacted by the Adeo office.

 

HOST PARENT GATHERING

Host a parent get-together for your child’s class or school group (after drop-off coffee or after work cocktails).
